This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 137 days in re-presenting the Writ Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rupees thousand only) by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 26.08.2025.
