CR.NO. 10 OF 2013 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before District Crime Branch, Perambalur daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by an order dated 12.06.2018 peassed in Crl.O.P.No. 15175 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15175 of 2018 on 12.06.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.15175 of 2018 on 12.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.15175 of 2018 on 12.06.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
