Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Revision Case No.822/2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in the judgement of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode dated 31.10.2017 in C.C.No.669 of 2013 and confirmed by the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Erode by an order dated 27.03.2018 in Crl.A.No.300 of 2017 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.Revision Case No.822/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.R.SAMRATT Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Notice of motion returnable by two weeks.

The sentence of the imprisonment imposed on the petitioner shall stand suspended for a period of two weeks and the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the trial Court and on a further condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the revision. -sd/- 16/07/2018 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
