This appeal was dismissed vide order dated 18 November 2021. With a view to see that the appellant/ Management gets sufficient time to do needful more than two months time was given and considering the helplessness of poor respondent workman it was directed that the matter be listed 'for reporting compliance' on 21.01.2022.

Today, learned Additional Advocate General for the appellant / Management has stated that since the appellant intends to move Supreme Court challenging the order of this Court, the same is not complied with.

Under normal circumstances accommodation would always be granted to the aggrieved party to see to it that challenge to the order passed by this Court remains meaningful. As a matter of fact such an accommodation was already granted as noted above. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Considering the facts noted in order dated 18 November 2021, and of learned single Judge dated 19 April 2021 it is clear that, one poor driver whose termination is not statutorily acknowledged, is without livelihood for about a decade by this time. 5.
Keeping the above in view, let the matter be notified again on 25.01.2022.
