Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.15077 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021 in Crime No.16/2021 on the file of the respondent police by allowing the present Criminal Original Petition.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 24.08.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions. All other conditions remain unaltered.
