(CRIME NO.1081/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.15056 of 2021 dated 31/08/2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 31.08.2021 in Crl.OP.No.15056 of 2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 31.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a,m., till the filing of charge sheet, thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.
