Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
2. The revision petitioner is the decree holder. The revision petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of E.A.No.80 of 2021 which has been filed for recovery of possession from the judgment debtor. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. It is noticed that in a suit for specific performance, the Court has executed the sale deed in favour of the revision petitioner and an application has been taken out for taking delivery of the property.
4. Considering the fact that E.A.No.80 of 2021 is pending from 2021 onwards, the civil revision petition is allowed with a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Vridhachalam to dispose of E.A.No.80 of 2021 in EP No.25 of 2016 in O.S.No.12 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.No costs.
