J U D G M E N T
Mr.B.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff, by letter dated 25.01.2018, stated that the suit may be dismissed as settled out of Court. A letter written to him by the plaintiff Company was also annexed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the plaint.
2.In view of the same, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The plaintiff is entitled to refund the entire Court fee. There will be an order to refund the entire Court fee in favour of the plaintiff. 15.02.2018 KP Index : Yes/ No Internet : Yes/ No Speaking Order/ Non-speaking Order Note: The Registry is directed to issue cheque for refund the court fee to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.
