Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur in Crl.MP.No.3412 of 2018 dated 20.06.2018 that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of 30 days, to the effect that the petitioner shall not report before the respondent police for the remaining period of 9 days from 13.07.2018 onwards daily at 10.00 a.m. as per the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur made in Crl.MP.No.3412 of 2018 dated 20.06.2018.
