This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.1268 of 2017 on 11.11.2017 under Section 147, 341, 441, 506[1] IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act against Veerammal and others.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after investigation, the case in Crime No.1268 of 2017 has been closed as mistake of fact. He also submitted that there is no other complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.
