Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Crl.M.P.No. 3115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No. 1185 of 2018 that petitioners / Accused should sign before the Honble IX Additional Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet at 10.30 a.m. Every Monday.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NATHIYA SRINIVASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.3115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1185 of 2018 on 05.03.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP.No.3115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1185 of 2018 on 05.03.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP.No.3115 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.1185 of 2018 on 05.03.2018 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themselves be available, as and when required by the respondent.
