Respondents PRAYER : The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records in Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the R-11, Royala Nagar Police Station, (R-11, Ramapuram Police Station), Ramapuram, Chennai - 89 and quash the same.

ORDER

To quash the case in crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that in this case, this Court has granted interim stay of further proceedings as against the petitioners alone in Crime No.79 of 2022. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the interim stay has not been intimated. In any event, having completed the investigation, the final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle, in C.C.No.65 of 2023.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
