This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's Revision Petition dated 06.02.2024 filed as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/8249/2023 dated 09.01.2024..
2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that the petitioner is the developer had constructed the M-13 block situated at 1st Avenue, Ashok Nagar. The owners of the Block M-14 and 15 had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.32181 of 2023 as if the M-13 have encroached upon their property. This Court by order dated 10.11.2023 directed the respondents to dispose of their representation. Thereafter, the second respondent had cancelled the patta vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/8249/2023 dated 09.01.2024. Against which, the petitioner has preferred a revision petition before the first respondent dated 06.02.2024, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the first respondent to consider the revision petition of the petitioner dated 06.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
