ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation conducted by the 2nd respondent in Crime No.374 of 2019.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a CCTV footage which is available and which has been recorded in a compact disk and handed over to the police during investigation and this has not been taken into consideration by the police in the course of investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the CCTV footages which was recorded in the compact disk has been received by the respondent police and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same has also been taken into consideration in the course of investigation. The learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is at its final stages and a final report has to be filed very shortly.

4.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the CCTV footages which was recorded and given to the respondent police in a compact disk is also taken into consideration in the course of investigation, the relief as sought for by the petitioner need not be considered by this Court.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court, within a period of four weeks from today.
