ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2142 of 2025 for the offences registered in same crime number for the same allegation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner had not clarified regarding the grant of earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, it is clear that the petitioner had filed this anticipatory bail application by suppressing the earlier anticipatory bail petition granted, hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready and submit the proof of the same before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.
4.On producing the proof of the same, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu shall verify the same whether the payment was made by the petitioner or not and if not made, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu shall take necessary steps for recovering the payment from the petitioner.
5.With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
