ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.11.2020 passed by the fourth respondent, thereby promoted the respondent 5 & 6 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5, to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Assistant in Vellore District Revenue Unit.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this writ petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
