Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.No.647 of 2017 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.G.RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.ARUL, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above miscellaneous petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. 2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the above petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.Registry is directed to make ready the typed set of documents in Crl A No.647/2017 within a period of two weeks from today and list the Appeal for final hearing on 27.02.2018.
