JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN,J.) The appeal is directed against an interim order. The learned Judge has granted a limited interim stay and has listed the writ petition on 04.07.2025. We do not find even a final order having been passed in the writ miscellaneous petition. Hence, we do not find any reason to interfere at this stage. It will be open to the appellant to seek vacation of the interim order before the learned single Judge.
