This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragrapah No.3 in Crl.MP.No.7848 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.4912 of 2025 dated 22.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m until further orders.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is not reporting before the respondent police as ordered by this Court on 22.04.2025. She further states that from 07.07.2025, the petitioner is not complying the condition.
3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation stands dismissed. The respondent police shall take necessary action for cancellation of bail in view of the breach of bail condition.
