This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the revision against the impugned order dated 19.01.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.622 of 2021 in Spl.C.C.No.4 of 2020 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Special Court (Prevention of Corruption Act), Cuddalore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 45 days in filing the revision stands condoned.
