Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.No.A1/17151/2006 dated 31.10.2006 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the recruitment of Sub-inspector of Police, men under 20% departmental quota for the year 2006.
