Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner (Regn.No.250002134) to submit the Certificates for Certificate verification for appointment to the post of Librarian in various Department and Services vide Advertisement No.521 notification No.33/2018 dated 14.11.2018 and consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner for selection to the post of Librarian based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to submit the Certificates for Certificate verification for appointment to the post of Librarian in various Department and Services vide Advertisement No.521 Notification No.33/2018 dated 14.11.2018 and consequently direct the respondent to consider the petitioner for selection to the post of Librarian based on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2019. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is a Schedule Tribe Candidate residing at Kolly Hills Hamlet. On 14.11.2018, the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, vide notification No.33/2018, called for applications for the post of Librarian in various department. The petitioner applied for the said post and come out successful in the written examination held on 30.03.2019. Thereafter, the result sent by the respondent has not reached the petitioner since her mobile phone is in repair. Hence, she could not upload the documents in her mail for non receipt of the message. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation on 21.06.2019, to the respondent expressing the above said reason and requested to permit her for upholding the documents. However, the said representation has not been considered. Hence the Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 21.06.2019, if not disposed already, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
