O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.82 of 2016 pending on the file of Sub Court, Mannargudi and transfer it to Sub Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and the respondent have entered into a compromise before the Mediation held at Tamil Nadu Mediation & Conciliation Centre attached to High Court, Madras and a mediation agreement dated 24.04.2017 has been entered into between the parties, duly signed and attested by the respective counsel.

3. The terms of the Mediation dated 24.04.2017 reads as under:

(i) The Petitioner/Wife and the Respondent/Husband have solved their misunderstanding and have united together.

(ii) Both Parties have joint together and resumed their matrimonial life since 14th of February 2017.

(iii) The respondent/Husband has agrees to withdraw his application for Divorce O.P.No.82/2016 pending on the file of Sub Court, Mannargudi.

(iv) Since the Respondent/Husband has agrees to withdraw his divorce petition, the petitioner has agree to withdraw her application for transfer in Tr.C.M.P.No.506/2016 now the pending on the file of Hon'ble High Court, Chennai.

4. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the mediation report dated 24.04.2017, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
