issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing, the third respondent to consider the petitioner company's representation/application dated 12.10.2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court and consequently direct the respondents to change the name as "Lucas Indian Service Ltd" instead of "TVS Company Chennai" in the Patta No.62 issued for Survey Nos. 149 and 150B/2A1 in Kaarapakkam Village in the light of the petitioner's representation/application dated 12.10.2023.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 12.10.2023 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, the property situated in S.Nos.147, 148, 149 & 150B with an extent of 1.56.45 ares at Karappakkam Village, 2/5
Sholinganallur Taluk, belonged to the petitioner's company namely M/s.Lucas Indian Service Ltd., the name of the petitioner is also mentioned as M/s.Lucas Indian Service Ltd, in the manual patta and patta issued by the Revenue Officials. However, the computer patta in the name of the petitioner is wrongly entered as M/s.TVS Company, Chennai. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 12.10.2023 to the third respondent, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2023 will be considered within a time fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited controversy involved in this matter, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2023 and pass final orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
