This petition is filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8084 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6055 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
