ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the father of one E. Shabana, aged 24 years. She was working as Process Trainer in Sutherland, DLF Campus, Ramapuram. She was found missing from 23.10.2016 onwards. On a complaint made by the petitioner, a case was registered, but she was not secured. This is the grievance of the petitioner.

Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the police produced the detenue. She has stated that she has married one Vineeth Gopalan on 26.10.2016 and he is a Software Engineer. She further stated that they are living as husband and wife. Recording the above statement, the habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
