O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 397 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.1626 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the other co-accused A1 and A2 were arrested and they were in jail. That apart, there is one more case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.3128 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C. In the said circumstances, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the other coaccused A2 and A3 were arrested and they were in jail, and also considering the fact that there is one more case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.3128 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of I.P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
