The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the directions issued by this Court at paragraph No.9 of the order dated 27.09.2023 has not been compiled with. The name of the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has also been printed in the cause list and none appeared for the respondent.

2.One of the direction was also issued to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vazhapadi Range, Salem District relating the investigation in Crime No.268 of 2023.

3.Mr.S.Balaji, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) seeks for some time to take instructions in this regard.
