ORDER

This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Rajamangalam Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am in Crime No 112 of 2023 order dated 16/04/2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 16.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.11100 of 2025 with certain conditions. The petitioner is a senior citizen, has several ailments and she was not able to report before the respondent police and not able to execute the surety. Hence, prays for modification of the condition imposed upon petitioner by this court.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police raised objection for modification of the conditional order.

4. Considering the petitioner is a female senior citizen, and her health conditions and also considering the nature of the offence, the condition to report before the Inspector of Police, Rajamangalam Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
