Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relevant to the rejection order dated 07.07.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal, improper against the law and consequently direct the respondents to grant Educational Loan to a sum of Rs. 6,91,900/- to the petitioners daughter P. Heeragayathiri to pursue her higher education in B.Tech Agricultural Engineering for the period of 2022 to 2026 in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, Coimbatore 641 003.

ORDER
