This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the learned Principal Special Judge under for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai convicted the petitioner in C.C.No.105 of 2020 judgement dated 25.04.2024 and enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending disposal of Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
