Prayer: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order passed in Ka.No.1323/462/NP2/B2/KOV/2012 dated 30.04.2012 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.
