Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.OP.NO.17954/2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.P.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.5,000/- under Section 88 Cr.P.C. without sureties, on undertaking to appear before the trial Court in the event of Crl.O.P.No.17954 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court, without waiting for further summons. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.17954 of 2018.
