This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.206 of 2017 dated 14.06.2017 before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that 25 persons were injured in the road accident and that the respondent police will have to collect the wound certificates of the injured, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.206 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and either file a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
