This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2012 from the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur and transfer the same to Additional District Court, Thiruvallur (I) or (II) at Poonamalle.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Krishnaswamy, learned counsel for the first respondent and he has no objection for transferring the suit.

3. Accordingly, the suit in O.S.No.125 of 2012 is withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court, Thiruvallur and is transferred to Additional District Court, Thiruvallur (I) at Poonamalle. A direction is issued to the learned Additional District Judge, Thiruvallur (I) at Poonamalle to renumber the suit and conduct proceedings, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
