Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 731 days in representing the W.P.S.R.No.99167 of 2019 [in W.M.P.No.24164 of 2021];

Order : This Miscellaneous petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUN DHANAPALAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of M/S.V.AJOY KHOSE, Advocate for the Sole Respondent in each of the petitions, the court made the following order:- These writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 731 days in representing W.P.SR.Nos.99167, 99169 and 99171 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in each petition to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, petitions to condone the delay, would stand automatically dismissed, without further reference to this Court.

3. On payment of cost within the stipulated period and production of receipt, Registry is directed to number the petitions and post the same for admission.
