This application is filed seeking to condone the delay of 86 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant and the memos of adoption with respect to the defendants 2, 5 and 6 in the above suit.

2. Since there was no objection on the other side and having regard to the nature of the allegations found in the affidavit with regard to the delay in filing the written statement, and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendants, this application is ordered and the delay of 86 days in filing the written statement is hereby condoned.

Post the main suit on 29.01.2024 for framing of issues.
