These applications have been filed in both the Testamentary Original Suits, since the third defendant P.Varalakshmi had died and to recognize the defendants 4,5 and 6 who are already on record as her legal heirs and further, to permit the plaintiff to make consequential amendment in the short and long cause title of the plaint in both the Testamentary Original Suits.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. The relationship as projected by the plaintiff is not questioned or challenged by the respondents. In view of that particular fact, these applications are allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff may carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint of both the Testamentary Original Suits reflecting the death of the third defendant and indicating that defendants 4, 5 and 6 are her legal heirs.
