This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate with regard to the Gift Settlement Deed Document No.481/2003 dated 06.03.2003 registered in the Office of the Sub Registrar, Peelamedu, Coimbatore District and Will Document No.89/2008 dated 04.08.2008 registered in the Office of the Joint 2 Sub Registrar, Palani in pursuant to the paper publication dated 03.10.2021, in the news paper Dinamalar, Erode Edition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The petitioner had lodged a complaint on 29.09.2021, for missing of Document Nos.89 of 2008 and 481 of 2003. Though the respondent police had received the complaint, assigned C.S.R.No. 104/2021, thereafter, no action has been taken. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is filed.
3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that on the receipt of the complaint dated 29.09.2021, C.S.R.No.104 of 2021 had been assigned on 02.10.2021. The Superintendent of Police, Erode had forwarded the above said complaint dated 29.09.2021 to the second respondent vide Endt.No.G3/32919/3411/2021 dated 29.09.2021. The second respondent i.e. the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Erode had forwarded the said complaint along with the requisition to the District Crime Record Bureau on 28.10.2021. Subsequently, a paper publication was also effected on 03.10.2021 in Dinamalar news paper, Erode Edition regarding the above two missing documents. After the same is published in the Crime Occurrence Sheet, the second respondent issued the Non Traceable Certificate to the petitioner.
4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
