This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16477 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.16477 of 2024 on 20.06.2024. While granting anticipatory bail the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai imposed a condition that "petitioner shall also deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- ( Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of the Crime No.18 of 2022 before the said Court and the final order in respect of the amount will be passed at the end of the criminal proceedings by the trial Court". Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the said condition.

3. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.16477 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 is modified as follows:- "petitioner shall also deposit a sum of 2/4

Rs.2,00,000/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the credit of the Crime No.18 of 2022 before the said Court and the final order in respect of the amount will be passed at the end of the criminal proceedings by the trial Court"

The other conditions shall remain intact.
