Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order in Na.Ka.No.Pae1/681/05 dated 19.01.2005 from the first respondent and the order in Mu.2332/04/A1 dated 29.11.2004 of the second respondent, and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to pay the petitioner mother pension w.e.f. 31.8.1991 along with all other terminal benefits with 12% interest.
