It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicants that the first petitioner in the writ petition, K.Rajaraman, died after the pronouncement of the order in the writ petition and this application has been filed by the other writ petitioners to bring the legal representatives of the deceased first writ petitioner as respondents 3 to 5 in the writ appeal.

Finding the reasons assigned to be acceptable, this application is allowed.
