ORDER

This application has been filed to grant interim custody of the minor child, viz., T.Sastika to the applicant till the disposal of the O.P.

2. When the application is taken up for hearing, after elaborate arguments by the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent, both the learned counsels agreed for interim visitation of minor child.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent suggested that child can be produced by the respondent at Bajanai Koil, situated in the same street, where the applicant as well as the respondent are residing, on every Sunday at 4.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M., The learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed for the said suggestion.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this application is disposed of by directing the respondent to produce the child on all Sundays at 4.00 P.M., at Bajanai Koil and the applicant is at liberty to have the custody of the child from 4.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M., till the disposal of the main petition.
