J U D G M E N T

Counsel for the appellant present and filed a memo informing that the sole appellant died and unable to trace the Legal Representatives of the sole appellant and could not take any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant on record. The said memo is taken on record.

2. In the light of the above, the second appeal is dismissed as abated for not taking any steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. No costs.
