The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such appearance, they shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- each without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C., on undertaking to appear before the trial Court, without waiting for summons, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.17991 of 2018 getting dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court shall stand dispensed with till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.17991 of 2018.
