Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.MANI KANNAN, Advocate for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.

3685 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No.310 of 2018, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3685 of 2018 in Crl.R.C.No. 310of 2018 dated 09.03.2018.

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Hon'ble Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Thiruvallur, once in three months i.e. first

working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
