As seen from the cause list, the respondent has been duly served. An affidavit of service to that effect has also been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff, which confirms that the respondent has received the notice in these applications on 16.10.2023 as seen from the tracking consignment report.

This Court by its order dated 12.10.2023 granted an order of interim injunction. Since the respondent has not entered appearance in these applications despite service of notice, interim injunction granted by this Court on 12.10.2023 is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.
