ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.04.2024 passed by the Family Court, Chennai, in M.C.No.122/2017, awarding maintenance of Rs.20,000/- to the respondent.

2.Learned counsel on either side submitted that pending revision, the parties have arrived at a compromise and they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.01.2026 signed by both the parties and their respective counsel. According to the Joint Compromise Memo, the petitioner is liable to pay 1/3

Rs.13,50,000/- to the respondent, after the respondent executes a settlement deed in respect of 50% share in the property in favour of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner as well as the respondent are present before this Court. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 19.01.2026 is taken on record and the same shall form part of the order. Hence, this revision is allowed, in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 19.01.2026. Connected Crl.M.P. is closed. 4.List this case on 03.02.2026 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
