In pursuance of the earlier order dated 06.04.2023, the applicant has filed a memo dated 20.05.2023 stating that he has complied the order by paying the cost of Rs.75,000/- and that has been received by the learned counsel for the respondents without prejudice to his contention.

2. The memo is recorded. Since the order is complied, the above application stands allowed.

3. Registry is directed to restore T.O.S. No.30 of 1998 on file if it is otherwise found in order and list it on 12.07.2023.
