The petition filed seeking protection from the police and take appropriate action against the respondents 4 to 6 based on the representation dated 15.07.2024.

2. The petitioner claims to be the leader of a political party and a real estate business man. The petitioner herein making some allegation against the respondents has given a representation to the police on 15.07.2024. However, the same was enquired by the respondent police and closed as civil in nature.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed. 09.08.2024 dsa 2/4
